TO ACTIVATE: 1. Open outer package and expose warmer to air. 2. Remove paper backing. 3. Attach adhesive side to clothing. Average temperature is around 51°C, maximum temp. is 63°C. Heats up constantly - reaching maximum temp. after about 15 min.
